Access and maintenance
Check plan and usage
Plan & usage is available to workspace owners and platform operators. Check the workspace before interpreting a count or opening subscription management.
Read the cards
- Credentials compares active workspace records with the plan allowance.
- Leases this month counts leases in the UTC calendar month. The page shows when that period resets.
- Audit retention shows the plan’s retention allowance.
- Member limit is the plan allowance, not the current number of people in the workspace. Use Team & access for membership.
These figures describe Vault usage and limits. They are not Cortex spend, provider charges or a running invoice. A free plan is shown when no applicable subscription is resolved.
Manage the subscription
Select Manage subscription to continue through Identity. Review the workspace and billing details there before making a change. Compare plans opens the website pricing page; available products and purchasing paths still depend on access status.
Audit export needs a qualifying plan and a configured export service. If the plan lookup fails, the page shows a warning rather than treating missing information as a confirmed allowance. Retry later or ask an administrator to investigate.
