Find the freelance work worth your time.

Prospector ingests jobs, scores them, drafts proposals, submits inside a never-auto-send rule, and carries the job through delivery. One timeline for the whole operation, not a proposal tool that stops at submit.

Waitlist opens with launch. Check back when the page flips to Available.

01 / Workflow

How Prospector runs a job

  1. Step 1: Ingest

    Step 1 of 5

Pull jobs from the platforms you already work on. One timeline, deduplicated, filtered by your own rules.

  2. Step 2: Score

    Step 2 of 5

Rules you write, plus an agent grading pass that names why a job scored the way it did. Cost, time, fit, signal quality.

  3. Step 3: Propose

    Step 3 of 5

The agent drafts a proposal grounded in your case studies and voice. The proposal never leaves the app without your approval.

  4. Step 4: Submit

    Step 4 of 5

Send to the platform from the draft you approved. Nothing is posted, nothing is sent, without a signed confirmation token.

  5. Step 5: Track

    Step 5 of 5

Responses, contracts, milestones, invoices, and delivery status in one place. The job does not disappear after you hit send.

02 / Features

What ships with the product

01

Ingest rules you can read

Filter by budget, region, tooling, client history. Rules are data; you edit them in the settings panel and they apply on the next fetch.

02

Scored timeline

Every job has a score with a one-paragraph reason. If the score looks wrong, you can see the prompt the agent used and adjust.

03

Grounded proposals

Proposals cite your case studies by id. If you change a case study, the next draft reflects it.

04

Quality gates

Humanization pass, on-brand voice check, spellcheck, never-auto-send token. The draft only ships after it passes all gates.

05

Post-win delivery

Once a job closes, Prospector sets up the project container: intake doc, kickoff checklist, deliverable tracking, invoice schedule.

06

BYO keys at power tier

Bring your own API keys for the LLMs you prefer. Keys live in Vault when Vault ships; Prospector leases them per agent run.

03 / Differentiators

Why Prospector is different

01

Never-auto-send by design

The invariant lives at the domain layer with a signed confirmation token. No UI bug, no API bug, no agent prompt can bypass it. If a draft leaves the app, you pressed the button.

02

The proposal is not the finish line

Every competing tool stops at "submit". Prospector runs the post-win delivery track too: intake, kickoff, deliverables, invoices, archival. The job is what the client paid for, not the pitch.

03

The AI runs in Cortex, not inline

Model selection, prompt versioning, cost tracking, and tenant audit sit in Cortex. Prospector calls out; it does not embed an agent loop. One agent platform, one upgrade path.

04 / Post-win

After "yes"

Step 04 of 10
Delivery track

A proposal tool hands you a congratulations screen when the client says yes and walks away. Prospector treats that moment as step 4 of 10. Project setup, intake doc, kickoff checklist, deliverable tracking, invoice schedule, archival at close. The same timeline that brought the work in carries it through the delivery that earns repeat work.
