Built by Corey Rosamond at rosecraft.studio.

GhostStack is a suite of orchestrators and scaffolds for technical teams, built by one operator through AI generation grounded in human judgment.

Origin

How GhostStack happened

Story 01
of 02

GhostStack started as a way to pull every tool I was rebuilding into one coherent suite. I had a freelance operations site I kept extending, a credential manager I kept rewriting, an agent runtime I kept inlining into other apps. Each rebuild was a tax on shipping anything else. The suite is the version where those pieces stop fighting each other.

Story 02
of 02

The work runs in pairs. AI generates the first cut. I read every line, decide what stays, decide what gets renamed, decide what gets thrown out. The methodology is what keeps the output coherent across ten siblings: shared brand tokens, shared identity, a shared agent runtime, a shared scaffold. Without the methodology, the suite would be a folder of unrelated apps that share a logo.

About rosecraft.studio

rosecraft.studio
Studio

rosecraft.studio is the personal site for the work behind GhostStack. Long-form notes, project writeups, and the occasional public artifact live there. Every public page in the GhostStack suite credits rosecraft.studio in the footer because the suite has one author and pretending otherwise is dishonest.

Methodology

A note on Codex

Private
Not distributed

The suite includes a private methodology called Codex that I use to build every sibling. It stays private until there is a way to distribute the scaffolding without giving away the templates. When there is, it will show up here. There is no signup, no waitlist, no list to join.
